3.1. Shezz Collection offers delivery services through KEOC’s partnered couriers.
3.2. Customers can opt for store pickup where applicable.
3.3. Delivery fees may apply and will be calculated at checkout.
4. Refunds & Returns
4.1. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
4.2. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5-7 business days.
4.3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
